Primal Solutions, Inc., a software company that enables communications service providers (CSPs) to cost-effectively generate revenue from their networks, has entered into a multi-year agreement with the City of Windom, Minnesota to deploy its suite of next generation operation support systems to support the City of Windom's triple play services. The City of Windom's services will include digital cable, telephone and high-speed Internet services to residential and business customers carried over a state of the art fiber to the premise network. Using Primal's solution, residents will be able to access a single on-line billing statement for communications, electricity, water and sewer, putting Windom at the forefront of technology, and saving the city thousands of dollars in processing costs.
